The Department of Psychology at Çanakkale 18 Mart University has started its undergraduate program with a quota of 60 students as of Fall 2022.

Vision

In the next ten years, in line with the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of our university; our vision is

• to be recognized nationally and internationally
• to be a department which trains staff that will contribute to the progress of contemporary psychology in our country in line with the followed scientific methods and ethical frameworks
• to contribute to the field of psychology, our university and our country with the research carried out by our productive academic staff.
• to become a strong scientific focus that can best meet the needs of the region, especially Çanakkale.

Mission

The aim of the Department of Psychology is to train professionals who will work in different subfields of psychology, who are loyal to professional ethics and who have basic theoretical and methodological knowledge in psychology and to contribute to the solution of problems by transferring knowledge of psychology to all areas of life.
